Here is a quick overview of what is happening this month.
Pack Night meeting is this Friday, October 4th @ 6:30pm, Walnut Trails.
This months core value is Responsibility. Our scouts will learn about flag ceremonies, proper flag handling, we will hear from the Dens about what they have done this month, and we will present awards that were earned over the summer months.
For existing scouting families, make sure to turn in your paperwork and dues.
Colorwalk - Saturday, October 5th 9:30am - Gebhard Woods, Morris IL
This is a family outdoor event. Expect a short hike (about 10-15 minutes), then an fun filled activity period. Activities from past events include scouting skills, Tomahawk throwing, ecology-conservation projects and map & compass.

Parents Planning Meeting - Tuesday, October 8th 7pm @ the Minooka Village Hall
Come on out and have some input in what we (as a pack) do. Help lighten the load of the existing leaders by helping out.
Popcorn fundraising - Money and forms need to be submitted before October 18th. You can bring it to the Pack meeting, a den meeting, the parent planning meeting or we can set up another meeting (ha ha.. just kiding).
Tigoberfest - Saturday, October 19th Noon @ Eaton Preserve, 191 135th Street, Plainfield IL $8.00 per scout / $5.00 per siblings This is an exclusive event for Tiger Cubs to introduce new Tigers to the world of scouting. Those who attend will earn a belt loop, patch and complete an achievement towards rank and make a fun craft. RSVP is needed. Please contact Mr Kevin for a flyer.
Minooka Halloween Parade - Saturday, October 26th 2pm
Dress in your family friendly costume and come take a stroll down the streets of Minooka.
